German speaker Customer Experience Specialist, Supply Chain, End-to End

Overview As a German speaker Customer Experience Specialist, Supply Chain, End-to End you will be responsible for perfect end-to-end order fulfillment within the order to cash process to ensure on-time shipment and deliver customer satisfaction.
This role includes both customer service and logistics tasks in various shipping modes. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Accounts Receivable, Logistics Procurement, Trade Compliance, Planning and Scheduling, Commercial and Business – and further functions - to manage processes that meet productivity and quality metrics ensuring seamless order execution.
