Key Responsibilities
- Assist German-speaking customers with rental bookings, inquiries, and support
- Manage vehicle pick-up and return procedures, including inspection and documentation
- Communicate rental policies, terms, and conditions clearly to clients
- Work closely with operations to ensure vehicle availability and service quality
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve any issues effectively
Qualifications
- Fluency in German (spoken and written) is required; English proficiency is an advantage
- Prior experience in customer service or the car rental industry is preferred
