Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) professional with a strong interest in technology to join our team as a Technical Customer Support Specialist. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment who is familiar with self-service kiosks and restaurant technology systems. You will support users with hardware and software issues and act as a bridge between restaurant operations and technical teams.
