Germany Market Lead (Growth & Strategy)

At Deblock, we are building the first bank onchain: simple, non-custodial, and human. We are looking for our Germany Market Lead - the operational engine and local face of our expansion.

This isn't a role for a distant executive; it’s for a high-bandwidth builder. You will report directly to the Founders and VP of Marketing, acting as the bridge between high-level strategy and boots-on-the-ground execution. You will own the Trust & Growth engine for the German market.

• The Elite Operator Profile: You have c.5 years of experience, likely starting your career in Management Consulting or Investment Banking, followed by a hands-on stint in a high-growth B2C startup.
