CALL FOR NOMINATIONS FOR PERSONS TO BE APPOINTED AS MEMBERS OF THE GERT SIBANDE DISTRICT MUNICIPAL PLANNING TRIBUNAL

In terms of the Spatial Planning and Land Use Management Act, 16 of 2013, the Gert Sibande District Municipality, Chief Albert Luthuli LM, Dipaleseng, Dr Pixley Ka Isaka Seme LM, Govan Mbeki LM, Lekwa LM, Mkhondo LM and Msukaligwa LM hereby jointly call for nominations for members of the public to be appointed to the Gert Sibande District Municipal Planning Tribunal.

The period of office of members will be five years calculated from the date commencement of the Gert Sibande District Municipal Planning Tribunal as contemplated by Section 37(4) of the Act.
