Job Overview

Senior Manager, Customer Engineering – Helicopter Programs (Longueuil, QC). This full‑time, on‑site position reports to the Customer Engineering Manager of Helicopter Programs at Pratt & Whitney Canada. Responsibilities focus on managing strategic customer accounts and driving field investigations, technical support, and program updates for helicopter engine programs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Helicopter Program customer engineering activities from initiation through successful resolution.
  • Support event troubleshooting and logistics coordination during field incidents.
  • Interface with Field Service Representatives, the Customer First Centre (Technical Help Desk), and operators during regular field event reviews.
  • Ensure event resolution and provide follow‑up through Investigative Process Teams (IPTs), reliability monitoring, technical publication changes, corrective campaigns, and other actions.
