Insight Global is seeking a GIS Sr. Product Designer for a top utility/energy industry client. This individual will play a critical role in designing sophisticated GIS-driven products used in real-world, mission-critical environments. The ideal candidate is a systems thinker with a passion for spatial design, strong product instincts, and the ability to turn complex data into clear, usable experiences. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to deliver production-ready solutions that balance user needs, technical constraints, and business outcomes in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Design and prototype high-quality GIS and map-based product experiences
Partner closely with product managers and engineers to translate requirements into intuitive solutions
Maintain and evolve a scalable design system across multiple products
