A leading property company is seeking an experienced Draughtsman to join its team on a full-time basis.
This role is ideal for a technically skilled Draughtsman with experience in Revit modelling, as-built drawings, commercial property documentation, and GLA/GBA calculations. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining accurate building records and supporting property management, leasing, and development functions across a portfolio of commercial, retail, and industrial properties.

About the Role

As a Draughtsman, you will be responsible for conducting site inspections, verifying building information, preparing accurate as-built documentation, and maintaining property measurement records in accordance with SAPOA guidelines.
