Job Description

**Your role**
The Global Account Director is responsible for driving sales and business development for a customer globally. This person will also be responsible for the Symrise interests with one customer. This includes developing and executing the Key Account Management (KAM) Plan to ensure strategic alignment, profitable growth, collaboration, relationship development and seamless commercial execution. The role requires strong coordination with global teams to ensure boundary spanning and cross-regional consistency, strategic alignment, knowledge sharing, and best practice implementation.
