Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide global 1st- and 2nd-level support for Siemens NX and Teamcenter
  • Analyze, classify and resolve incidents, errors and performance issues
  • Support, maintain and further develop global CAD/PLM processes
  • Create guidelines, best practices and technical documentation
  • Support system updates, upgrades and global rollouts
  • Support with customization and administration of Siemens NX and Teamcenter
  • Train and support end users
  • Contribute to global digitalization and standardization initiatives
  • Ensure consistent templates and data management across all locations

  • Profile & Requirements

  • Completed technical education (technical college, university) in Mechanical Engineering, IT, Computer Science, Mechatronics, or a comparable field
  • Strong expertise in Siemens NX (modeling, drafting, assemblies)
