Global Compensations & Benefits Specialist
As a Global Compensations & Benefits Specialist you will be responsible for proposing, developing, and implementing organizational structure initiatives as well as compensation, benefits, and incentive programs that support the attraction, retention, and management of talent across the assigned countries and/or Business Units.
Responsibilities- Coordinate the implementation and updates of organizational structures, including roles, levels, and their attributes.
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of job descriptions and profiles.
- Conduct evaluations of new roles and/or changes to existing roles, based on organizational structure needs, to determine contribution level and global grade, and propose appropriate compensation.
