Job Description

Responsibilities

- Defining business requirements and translating them into clear, actionable specifications for Tech teams.
- Prioritizing product roadmaps and ensuring timely delivery of enhancements and new capabilities, while sharing progress within the organization.
- Evaluating and integrating new features, channels, and data flows to support CRM and consumer engagement strategies.
- Ensuring platforms evolve to support first-party data collection, personalization, loyalty growth, and advocacy.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for Global CRM, brands, and markets regarding consumer data tools, management, and capabilities.
