Job Description

Responsibility:

1. Policy Research and Compliance Management: Conduct in-depth research on overseas employment policies and ensure compliance, assisting overseas entities/businesses in devising localized employment strategies and implementing systematic, compliant workforce management practices.

2. HR Consultancy and Communication Support: Provide daily consultancy to HRGs on employee relations matters, offering solutions and facilitating communications to address various issues effectively.

3. Implementation of HR Compliance Audits: Lead HR compliance audits, promptly identifying potential risk points in employment practices. Continuously refine and enhance the existing employee relations management system, policies, and processes.

4. Knowledge Sharing and Policy Adaptation: Document best practices and closely monitor developments in employee relations regulations within designated regions, ensuring organizational policies align with local requirements.
