Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for enquiries, delivering timely and professional responses across multiple communication channels

  • Maintain and manage the database to support accurate outreach, engagement tracking, and relationship management

  • Plan and execute local and overseas engagement activities, and manage presence across social media platforms and the corporate website

  • Curate and feature community success stories while continuously enhancing programmes through surveys, focus groups, and innovative ideas

  • Monitor and evaluate engagement outcomes, prepare reports, and benchmark initiatives against industry best practices

  • Manage budgets for all engagement activities and partner with internal teams, including Career Services, to connect members with relevant opportunities and lifelong learning initiatives
