Take charge of equity compensation programs with Vaco by Highspring as a Global Equity Compensation Administrator. Utilize Morgan Stanley at Work (Shareworks) to manage employee accounts and LTI grants effectively.
This role requires overseeing employee share plan enrollments, purchases, and sales. You will act as the main point of contact for equity-related inquiries. The position also involves processing new hire enrollments and addressing employee inquiries with urgency and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage global equity compensation programs through Shareworks
• Administer employee share plan purchases and sales
• Process enrollments and system updates for new hires
• Respond promptly to equity-related employee inquiries
• Track taxable advantages and generate accurate reports
