Join Vaco by Highspring as a Global Equity Compensation Analyst. Support employee compensation programs while managing equity plans and providing expert guidance on equity inquiries.
In this role, you'll manage global equity compensation programs using Morgan Stanley at Work. Your responsibilities include administering employee accounts and long-term incentive grants. Coordinate share plan enrollments and respond accurately to equity-related inquiries, ensuring a smooth process for employees.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage global equity compensation programs efficiently
• Administer employee accounts and long-term incentive grants
• Coordinate enrollments, purchases, and sales of shares
• Serve as point of contact for equity inquiries
• Support budgeting and accounts payable for rewards programs
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or related field
• 3+ years in Human Resources or related role
• Hands-on equity administration experience
