• Coordinate with Super Users and Global Product Owners
• Facilitate cross-functional discussions for solutions
• Track and analyze quality-related errors and trends
• Support persona-based security role maintenance
• Contribute to quality governance models and processes
Requirements:
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• Bachelor’s degree required
• 5+ years in large-scale ERP transformations
• Experience in healthcare industry required
• Strong understanding of SAP architecture
