Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, meetings, meeting room bookings, and out-of-office coordination
  • Arrange travel, itineraries, accommodations, and related correspondence
  • Reconcile expenses and prepare business credit card reports
  • Process timesheets, billing, invoicing, and support document/report preparation
  • Support office administration, records management, and supply requisitions
  • Coordinate events, including venue booking, catering, invitations, and RSVP tracking

Requirements:

  • 3–4+ years relevant experience (with multinational clients)
  • Background as an Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or similar administrative role
  • Bachelor’s degree and prior EA/VA experience supporting international clients
