Global HR Ops & Payroll Manager

Position location: London, UK

  • Team & Workflow Management: Manage a team of Global HR Specialists, establishing operational workflows, setting standard operating procedures (SOPs), and defining KPIs to ensure the team executes regional payrolls with flawless accuracy.
  • Process Optimization & Scaling: Continuously audit existing payroll workflows to eliminate manual bottlenecks. Standardize and automate processes across all global entities to create a highly repeatable and scalable payroll infrastructure.
  • Global Scale & Execution: Oversee the monthly end‑to‑end payroll operations executed by your team for Aircall’s international entities (including France, US, Spain, Germany, Australia, and remote via EOR). Oversee the employee lifecycle from onboarding to exits.
