Responsibilities
- Speak with candidates from Asia, the Middle East, & Africa.
- Present legal international job opportunities in Europe.
- Build trust and guide candidates through the process.
- Handle objections confidently.
- Convert leads into signed contracts.
- Follow up daily and maintain a strong pipeline of activity.
Compensation
- Base Salary: 6,000 AED/month.
- Commission per signed candidate.
- Performance bonuses.
- Unlimited earning potential for top performers.
