Job Description

Objective


Ensure the stability, accuracy, and compliance of MX payroll system and its integrations. Overseeing HR applications and Demand Management for MX. Providing global support for HR interfaces across Human Capital Management system modules and regional payroll systems.

Main Responsibilities

  • MX Payroll Integration Ownership: Primary owner, monitoring, troubleshooting, and validating all integrations to ensure error‑free payroll execution. Collaborate closely with MX Payroll, HR Operations, IT and Vendors to resolve issues.

  • Demand & Portfolio Management: Manage demand intake for MX HR applications and payroll‑related enhancements.

  • Maintain a prioritized backlog and roadmap aligned with business needs and global HR digital strategy.
