This is a hands-on role focused on optimizing the Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle, ensuring recurring credit card billing is seamless and efficient. You will manage the payment gateway architecture, including Stripe and Payoneer, acting as the primary escalation point for complex billing issues across internal teams and external clients. If you are an expert in the credit card payment lifecycle, reconciliation, and payment flow troubleshooting, this is the role for you.
