Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of solid experience in HR Organization Development, Learning and Development/Talent Development, Succession Planning, and HR Business Partnering.

• Strong facilitation, communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

• Above average analytical and critical thinking skills with strong project management capability.

• Intermediate proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and MS Teams.

• Resilient, adaptable to change, and results-oriented.
