Global Procurement - MIS & Data Analytics

Key Accountabilities

The key responsibilities of the role preparing MIS, Data analytics and drive procurement excellence programs.

MIS:

• Management and departmental MIS
• PPV calculation for direct procurement against budget with the help of SAP data.

ESG:

• Data preparation for Organization Annual report - ESG Inputs (SCM related).
• ESG assessment for select suppliers as per the target.
• Planning and scheduling the assessment in discussion with the supplier and EHS team.
• Assessment will be conducted by EHS team.
• ESG training for suppliers as per the target.
• Planning and scheduling the training in discussion with the supplier and EHS team Monitoring ESG targets for SCM and working towards achieving the same
• Scope 3 Road map preparation.
