Global Product Cybersecurity Supervisor

The Global Product Cybersecurity Assessor Supervisor provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for product cybersecurity quality across awarded programs. The role leads the Cybersecurity Assessors in ensuring required cybersecurity activities are executed effectively, consistently, and in alignment with applicable regulations, customer expectations, and internal requirements. This position works closely with Cybersecurity Engineering, Functional Safety, and system and software teams to strengthen compliance, support resilient product development, and protect overall product integrity.



+ Define and lead the product cybersecurity quality strategy

+ Define the cross-project cybersecurity quality strategy to ensure consistent execution and governance across programs.

+ Establish the Cybersecurity Management System (CSMS) certification roadmap and position BorgWarner to meet evolving regulatory, market, and customer requirements.
