This role involves identifying training needs, designing quality training programs, and providing classroom as well as online training sessions to external clients. The ideal candidate holds a Degree in Business and has at least 3 years of experience in training. Strong communication skills in both English and Filipino are essential for this position. Flexibility for field work is also expected.
