 : Global Production Capacity Planning LeadCiena’s Optical Core Engineering Team is looking for a Global Capacity Planning Lead to be part of the team responsible for planning manufacturing/test capacity for NPI and contract manufacturers (including repair), to support all our product lines for Modems, Interconnects, Components, and RLS products.
The role of the Capacity Planning Lead is to analyze currently deployed assets, test times, yields, other KPIs, to ensure production capacity needs are met. This involves in-depth knowledge of the overall test flow with all assets at every manufacturing site. The successful candidate will also work with the test engineering team and production teams to analyze required output versus existing and planned capacity. The roles will include visual reports, KPI scorecards and dashboards.
