About the Role
Charlotte Tilbury Beauty is looking for an enthusiastic and passion‑driven Quality Assistant Manager to join the Global Quality team based in London. The role is accountable for managing product quality for Makeup and Skin care categories and contributing to the delivery of high‑performing, high‑quality products in the industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate quality activities for new NPD projects.
- Design and evaluate stability and compatibility studies and other relevant tests.
- Define defect range boards for finished goods, review and approve product specifications, attend line trials, approve trial reports, and sign off development and mass production samples.
- Issue internal finished goods specifications.
- Review and issue certificates of analysis and other QC documentation on a weekly basis for international markets (e.g., India, Indonesia, US).
