Job Description
The mission of this role is to lead the Research & Development function, ensuring the development and delivery of innovative, reliable, and competitive technical solutions. The position is responsible for driving the project portfolio, securing on time and high quality execution, while developing, guiding, and coordinating the technical team to foster continuous improvement, operational excellence, and knowledge creation. This role reports directly to the Regional Plant Manager and will be based in Vitoria.
