The Player & Quality Insights (PQI) team helps deliver high‑quality player experiences by powering the environments where experiences are tested, validated, and improved through ongoing player engagement. As the Global Lab Lead, you will lead the technical strategy and operations for EA’s global Playtest Lab ecosystem, ensuring our labs are scalable, secure, and optimized to support player insights across a global portfolio.
