Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end international trade flows at a global level without direct involvement in daily clearance
- Ensure local teams comply with global trade and regulatory standards
- Analyze data to identify operational bottlenecks, compliance risks, and improvement opportunities
- Resolve complex, high-impact issues beyond local team capabilities
- Develop high-level dashboards and reports to provide visibility to senior management
Process Transformation & Automation
- Assess and understand current manual workflows within GTPC operations
- Identify opportunities to replace manual processes with automated systems
