Grow the GAH Postpaid business by maximizing customer value among existing subscribers – upsell, retention, and engagement.

CUSTOMER ANALYTICS & INSIGHTS

• Drives weekly dashboarding and customer insighting.
• Consolidates base performance metrics across monetization and engagement.
• Drills down and performs complex exploratory studies to identify correlation of business drivers & customer behavior (product experience, customer interests and willingness to buy).
• Integrating diverse and relevant information and dashboards to internal departments to update market profiles and create game plans.
