Role Overview:


To drive demand generation, brand preference, project positioning, launch success, and inventory absorption for SPR City’s residential portfolio. The role will be responsible for creating and executing marketing strategies that directly contribute to bookings, sales velocity, realization growth, and market share


Key Responsibilities


Marketing Strategy & Business Planning

* Develop annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with revenue, inventory, and launch objectives.

* Create project-specific go-to-market strategies for new launches, tower releases, and inventory campaigns.

* Work closely with the Revenue team to support pricing, sales velocity, and inventory management objectives.

* Develop customer acquisition and retention strategies across different buyer segments.
