What requirements you'll need to be eligible
- Tertiary qualification in Business, Administration, Finance, Management or Insurance. Fresh graduates can be considered.
- Preferably 2 years’ experience in a service-oriented industry/ financial institution, or 1 year in life/group insurance.
What you'll be doing on the job
- Officer in Premium Collection Unit and assisting the team in premium collection process and handling servicing enquiries.
- Handles and process all premium collections channel and credit card applications.
- Attend to daily email, enquiry from Call Team & Branches, MPH and agent.
