Job Description

Take charge of customer onboarding as a Field Implementation Consultant focused on the golf industry. Travel across North America to ensure successful implementation and support for your clients throughout the process.
In this position, you will report to the Team Lead and manage customer segments during their onboarding journey. You will serve as the main point of contact for technical needs, providing both remote and in-person support. Your expertise in hardware advancements is crucial for troubleshooting and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the main technical contact during onboarding
• Provide onsite and remote implementation support
• Manage customer segments through the process
• Communicate updates and reminders effectively
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate solutions
Requirements:
• 3+ years in technical customer service
• Knowledge of the golf industry and SaaS
• Strong communication skills in English
