Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Google CX CCaaS Engineer with strong expertise in cloud contact center solutions, automation, and integrations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in scripting, APIs, and cloud security, along with strong communication and leadership skills to work across technical and business teams.


Key Responsibilities


  • Design, implement, and support Google CX (CCaaS) solutions

  • Develop scripts and automate operational processes

  • Integrate systems using APIs and cloud services

  • Work with ServiceNow catalog and workflow automation (preferred)

  • Manage and maintain GitHub-based version control and CI/CD workflows

  • Write scripts using PowerShell and Python
