Governance Specialist Aversan Inc. is a trusted multi-service engineering and electronics manufacturing company. Aversan delivers leading-edge and reliable safety-critical electronics and software systems to the aerospace, defence, and space industries. 
We are currently seeking a qualified Governance Specialist  to support large-scale integration and transformation initiatives within a complex program environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening governance structures, supporting executive decision-making, managing integration reporting, and ensuring alignment across cross-functional workstreams. 
Location:  Ottawa, Ontario 
Job Type:  Contract- 12 months 
Working Arrangement:  Onsite 3 days/week 2/remote 
Responsibilities Support the implementation and maintenance of governance frameworks, standards, processes, and procedures across integration initiatives.
