Scope of Role

The GRADE Lead Engineer is responsible for leadership of Electrical, Electronic and Electromechanical (EEE) product requirement validation

Area of Responsibility

This position is responsible for establishing and planning to achieve robust deployment of Electrical, Electronic and Electromechanical (EEE) products. You will have responsibility for:

• The GRADE review, deep-dive design audit process.
• Responsible for achieving robust deployment of Electrical, Electronic and Electromechanical (EEE) products.
• Carry out robust design justification, analysis and verification to demonstrate the product is good by design.
• Detect and fix design issues as early as possible, prior to design freeze , when it is relatively easier and less expensive to correct mistakes, utilizing expert auditors as guides.
