Responsibilities

Overall support in the management of digital solutions to support and improve efficiency of retail execution and staff management including:

  • Manage incidents using platforms like ServiceNow and JIRA: from ticket creation to resolution, helping users, IT teams, and development partners.
  • Test new features and validate data to guarantee smooth system integrations.
  • Participate in defining functional requirements, ensuring feasibility and user adoption.
  • Prepare technical documentation and training materials to ensure solution continuity.
  • Provide day-to-day support for digital solutions that enhance retail execution.
  • Collaborate with technology partners and internal stakeholders using agile methodologies.
