The Education Support team helps users successfully access and use these tools through the Bentley Education Hub.
**Role Summary**
The Graduate Trainee – Education Support will assist with day‑to‑day education support activities, helping students and educators with account setup, software access, eligibility, downloads, and basic technical queries.
This role is ideal for a recent graduate with good communication skills, attention to detail, and an interest in learning about software support and education platforms.
