Program Overview
The 12-month Regional Wealth Management (RWM) Graduate Trainee Program is designed to provide you with a comprehensive learning experience, enabling you to gain invaluable insights into the world of Islamic Wealth Management. Through a series of job rotations across Hong Leong Islamic Bank and Commercial Branches, you will develop a holistic understanding of our operations, products and services, preparing you for a successful career within Wealth Management.
Program Structure
- Structured 12-month program with hands‑on experience and exposure to different business units (Client Services & Advisory)
- Mentoring and guidance from industry experts, nurturing your professional growth
- At the end of the program, you will be deployed as an Islamic Wealth Relationship Manager
