Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Trainee Technology Professional with a foundational understanding of ICT and a natural flair for sales and customer service. This role is designed to bridge the gap between technical support and revenue growth. You will assist clients with ICT product queries, shadow senior sales staff, and learn how to manage customer relationships in a fast-paced tech environment. Key Responsibilities: Technical & ICT Exposure: Assist in basic troubleshooting of hardware (laptops, routers, peripherals) and software (SaaS applications, MS 365, CRM tools). Support the technical team with system setups, user account creation, and basic network checks. Learn to explain technical concepts (cloud storage, cybersecurity basics, connectivity) to non-technical customers. Sales Support: Shadow Account Managers during client meetings and product demos.
