Missions
1. Design and Rollout of Accountability Framework Reporting (approx. 40%)
- Develop and operationalize the Partner Accountability Framework (PAF) programmatic reporting business processes.
- Lead requirements gathering and contribute to the design of the Partner Portal within the Grants Management System (GMS) .
- Develop and formalize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for partner reporting and performance management.
- Design and deliver briefings and training materials to support the rollout of reporting processes and relevant GMS functionalities.
- Collaborate with the Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL) team to define requirements and scope for performance dashboards supporting grant reviews.
