QUALIFICATIONS
● Strong expertise in Art Direction and a creative vision for producing innovative designs
● Minimum 3 years in leading a design team
● Proficiency in 3D and 2D Graphic Design, with a solid understanding of visual storytelling
● Proven ability in Project Management to lead creative projects from concept to completion
● Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
● Extensive knowledge and skills in adobe creative cloud, photoshop, illustrator, In Design, After Effects, Premiere pro, Sketch Up,or similar tools, and 3D rendering softwares
● Bachelor’s degree in Art, Design, Visual Communications, or a related field
● Previous experience in events, branding, or PR-related industries is a plus
