The Groom supports all guest arrivals and departures, ensuring smooth luggage handling, valet-style assistance, and impeccable first impressions. The ideal candidate is service‑driven, disciplined, and comfortable operating in a luxury environment.
Role Overview
Welcome guests upon arrival and assist with luggage and transfers
Escort guests to rooms and provide brief orientation
Maintain cleanliness and order in entrance, driveway, and lobby areas
Support Front Office with guest requests and deliveries
Coordinate with Concierge and Housekeeping for smooth operations
Uphold brand standards of appearance, etiquette, and guest privacy
