Duties and Responsibilities: Maintain and develop all outdoor sports surfaces (natural grass, artificial surfaces, and hard courts) in accordance with recognised industry standards. Ensure timely preparation and safe set up of facilities for lessons, fixtures, training and events. Work closely with the Sports Department to ensure pitch availability and quality meet curriculum and fixture requirements. Liaise with the Sports Centre Manager regarding external lettings to ensure suitability, safety and compliance.
