Account Manager – Benefits & HR Consulting

As an Account Manager within the benefits and HR consulting team, you will manage day‑to‑day client accounts, build and nurture relationships, and drive retention and cross‑sell opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Build, expand, and nurture relationships with existing clients.
  • Conduct consultative conversations with internal client partners (Production, Sales, Analysis) to align and execute the client strategy.
  • Focus on client retention and relationship management.
  • Identify additional opportunities to cross‑sell and drive the sale of additional services and coverage levels.
  • Develop and execute an annual strategy with clients, ensuring all goals are achieved.
  • Develop working relationships with internal partners and contribute to a strong office culture.
