Account Manager – Benefits & HR Consulting
As an Account Manager within the benefits and HR consulting team, you will manage day‑to‑day client accounts, build and nurture relationships, and drive retention and cross‑sell opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Build, expand, and nurture relationships with existing clients.
- Conduct consultative conversations with internal client partners (Production, Sales, Analysis) to align and execute the client strategy.
- Focus on client retention and relationship management.
- Identify additional opportunities to cross‑sell and drive the sale of additional services and coverage levels.
- Develop and execute an annual strategy with clients, ensuring all goals are achieved.
- Develop working relationships with internal partners and contribute to a strong office culture.
