Group Finance Manager

Location: Greater Glasgow (Hybrid | 2 days in office) A high-growth, private equity-backed business is seeking to appoint a Group Finance Manager to join its central finance function. Reporting to the Head of Financial Reporting, this role will take ownership of group reporting, consolidation, and financial control, while playing a key role in driving process improvement and systems development across the organisation. Key responsibilities: Lead group consolidation, month-end close, and board reporting processes Oversee statutory accounts preparation for group and subsidiary entities Manage group and subsidiary audits and ensure tax compliance (corporation tax, VAT) Support integration of acquisitions, including establishing accounting processes Drive improvements in finance systems, including ERP and reporting tools Enhance financial controls, policies, and procedures across the group Manage and develop a small team Requirements: Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivale...
