Group Financial Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the group consolidation process across multiple local and international entities.
• Prepare and review monthly management reports, quarterly forecasts, and annual budgets.
• Manage year end reporting and group audit processes.
• Coordinate month end reviews of income statements and detailed balance sheets.
• Oversee working capital management, cash visibility, and payment cycles.
• Design, implement, and enhance financial controls across the group.
• Drive automation and standardisation of controls to improve efficiency and governance.
• Review tax reporting and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
• Act as systems lead for accounting platforms and related enhancements.
• Manage and coordinate group audit deliverables with external auditors.
