Your Role In Our Team
- Leading a team of design engineers and ensure the quality, cost & safety of design according to requirement & standards
- Continuously develop team competencies following to technology & standard trends
- Steer, drive, manage design projects accordingly with the local capacity governance
- Support other department for components specification & obsolescence
- Liaise with internal and external R&D division for technical support
- Conduct research to analyze the feasibility, cost structure, performance & safety of the machine design and recommend improvement if necessary
- Create new and improve existing work flow, processes & standards with related parties
